2007 National TAFE Council AGM

National TAFE Council AGM at its meeting in Canberra in January 2007 endorsed a policy on Adult Migrant English Services/Adult Migrant Education Program and recommended a policy on Education in Correctional Settings to the 2008 AEU Federal Conference, which subsequently endorsed this.

Workshops produced recommendations which will be used in the lead-up to the 2007 Federal Election and which took note of the recommendations/summary arising from the TAFE Futures Inquiry.

The Decisions of the 2007 NTC AGM outline the priorities and broad framework of the National TAFE Council in 2007.

  • Linda Simon, Federal TAFE President, address to NTC AGM
  • Pat Forward, Federal TAFE Secretary, address to NTC AGM
