Collegiate Leadership - leading from within, supporting women, valuing experience

 

    This workshop is about educational leadership, enabling women to assume leadership roles whilst still remaining in the classroom and being valued for deciding to do so and also about how women can support each other when collegiate leadership styles are present.

    Speakers will raise issues like redistributive leadership, principles of practice and the conditions of possibility, ethics of care, managing dilemma, ambiguity and contradiction and cultures of dependence/emotional management work and professional identity.
