Women in Promotions - feminising leadership, aspiring leaders

 

    This workshop critically looks at data, policies and programs to support women achieving formal promotion. It will discuss: women's leadership/management styles ; "feminizing" leadership, how we can and should support women in the workplace when in positions of leadership (eg succession planing, or work and family approaches) and advice for aspiring leaders, 'day in the life of'

    The workshop hopes to formulate plans for union action around better supporting women's leadership aspirations.
