Union Leadership

This workshop aims to analyse and build on women's leadership in our union, the work we do to encourage more women's involvement and also to acknowledge the role the AEU plays as a leading union in Australia and internationally.

The workshop will look at personal journeys to leadership and feminised leadership styles, how the union prioritises issues for women members and engaging women activists (including a critical view of statistics relating to women in the union) and the AEU's capacity for leadership within the Australian and International union movements.
